Orders

We take pride in processing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are processed instantly through our automated system. However, if your order has not yet been processed, there may be an opportunity to cancel it and issue a refund.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we can modify your order, as most orders are processed instantly through our automated system. However, in the rare event that your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or any other details. If your item has already been shipped, you can contact New Zealand Post to request an address redirect once the item arrives in New Zealand.

International tracking information may take 1-5 days to become available, and delivery typically takes between 6 to 21 days.

Since we don’t have the overhead costs of physical stores or high staff expenses, we’re able to pass those savings on to you—meaning you pay less at checkout!

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure you review your purchase carefully, as we do not cancel orders for change-of-mind requests or if the item is no longer needed.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we strive to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or control delays within the mail system. If you’re ordering for a special occasion (e.g., a birthday), please plan accordingly, as we cannot ensure your parcel will arrive by a specific date.

It may take 1-5 days for your international tracking information to be provided, and delivery can take between 7 to 21 days.

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been in transit for 21 days, this does not necessarily mean it is lost. Delays can occur due to various reasons, such as reduced freight flights, mail backlogs, customs processing, or other factors related to the current global climate.

In some cases, the tracking may show as "cancelled." If you notice this, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, reissue the tracking details.

Refunds

To Lodge a Claim:

Our team will review your claim and attempt to resolve the issue without requiring a return. If troubleshooting confirms a fault, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping will be arranged at no cost to you.

Once received, our team will assess the product and determine the best resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

  • As an online retailer, we do not have a physical store for returns. Providing detailed information (photos/videos) is crucial for a prompt resolution.
