Troubleshooting Guide

1. Confirming Compatibility

• If the remote is not functioning, please provide a photo of your original remote to verify compatibility.

2. Checking Power Supply

• If the indicator light does not turn on, please:
  • Check battery installation (ensure correct polarity).
  • Replace with new batteries if needed.

3. Testing Infrared Signal Transmission

• Point the IR transmitter of the remote at your smartphone camera (Android devices only).
• Press any button; if the remote is working, a flashing light should be visible on the phone screen.
• Note: iPhones may not support this test due to camera system differences.

4. Resetting the Remote

• If the remote is not responding properly, reset it by:
  1. Removing the batteries.
  2. Holding down any button for 5 seconds.
  3. Reinstalling the batteries and testing again.
