We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong option, so please choose carefully.
If the product you purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Before finalizing your order at checkout, please take a moment to review your selection to avoid any errors. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed.
Returning Goods
If you need to return an item, please contact our support team for our return postal address. Please note that the address on the shipping label is not the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
